We are urgently seeking an experienced and ARAMCO-approved Master to join an AHTS (Anchor Handling Tug Supply) vessel on a shorter contract basis. This is an immediate joining opportunity for candidates with strong backgrounds in offshore operations, specifically on azimuth thruster vessels. The ideal candidate will have extensive command experience, a thorough understanding of diesel-electric propulsion systems, and a valid ARAMCO approval. This role demands high levels of situational awareness, leadership in dynamic offshore environments, and compliance with all safety and operational standards required by ARAMCO and international maritime regulations. You will be responsible for the safe navigation, cargo handling, anchor handling operations, and overall management of the vessel’s crew and deck activities. Due to the short contract duration, only readily available seafarers with all documentation in order will be considered.
Valid STCW II/2 Master Unlimited or Chief Mate (with command experience)
Valid ARAMCO Approval (Mandatory)
STCW 2010 Basic Safety Training
STCW Advanced Firefighting
STCW Medical First Aid / Ship Captain's Medical
Valid Seafarer's Medical Certificate
GMDSS General Operator Certificate
DP Basic (preferred but not mandatory as vessel is Non-DP, but advantageous)
