Key Accounts Manager – Freight Forwarding

Consolidated Shipping Services (CSS) is seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Accounts Manager to join our team in Jebel Ali, Dubai. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with CSS's most strategic clients in the freight forwarding and logistics sector. You will serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within existing accounts.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and executing account growth strategies, negotiating contracts and service agreements, collaborating with operations and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery, conducting regular business reviews with clients, and resolving any escalated issues promptly. You will also be expected to monitor market trends, track account performance metrics, and provide regular forecasts and reports to senior management.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in key account management within the freight forwarding industry, deep knowledge of air, sea, and land freight operations, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with C-level clients.
